no payment about 11 days on masternode

my masternode had been miss payment about 11 days, i had upgrade the dashd to v0.12.1.3 and sentinel upgrade to 1.0.1 and masternode always enable status, dashninja show the active duration is 1 week and 3 days. anyone who can help me solve the problem?

It's ok to have longer periods sometimes, 11 days is not smth extraordinary - just bad luck. Keep it running (do NOT restart it from local wallet) and it should get its payment in few days.

You can restart dashd daemon on remote, that doesn't kick you out of the queue unless it was offline for too long.

Yes, i know, but how often dashman checks if dashd is down, i have no idea.
