Hey Guys,
I've been working on a small project in my spare time to parse the darkcoin blockchain and darkcoind daemon masternode data to create some useful insights and information for the community.

I've garnered a lot of insights from all the data being generated in real-time, and there's still a lot do so the links below are just a primer for what is to come later.

Some might be worried about privacy issues for the masternodes, but this information is all readily available to anyone with the skills to extract, parse and process the data from the various sources.
I will like this site to be user-friendly experience for those who are non-technical so a lot of attention will be paid to the UI and UX.

I'm still working on search, filters, sort features and mobile friendly features.

All feedback will be appreciated.

Btw what is "Total Darkcoins [In 2014]"? And why it ends with 0? And "Total Darkcoins [Last 24 Hours]" ends with 3,034.53..(?)

Could you please PM me a screenshot of what you're seeing? I'm not seeing the numbers you're looking at.

I'm seeing 1,439,770.22 DRK for 2014 and 5,026.46 DRK for Last 24 hours.

Total Darkcoins [In 2014] = Total DRK deposits for all currently tracked Masternodes for 2014. This includes the 1K masternode transaction as well as the masternode payments and other user deposits.

Total Darkcoins [Last 24 Hours] = Total DRK deposits for all currently tracked Masternodes within the last 24 hours. This includes the 1K masternode transaction as well as the payouts.

Thanks for the screenshot. It's showing 0 because the last column (invisible) is for December :smile:

I think I will replace the chart with one that shows the distinct columns with the name of the month at the bottom of each column.

If you mouseover the graphs from left to right, you will count a total of 12 distinct points. January has 0 records, February has 2 and December has 0 both for transactions and total Darkcoins.

For the 24 hour charts you will count 24 points

I'll find another chart to use that makes it clearer.

I just added a chart showing the top ten masternode hosting companies at the bottom of this page: http://www.darkcoin.cm/index/charts/

I've copy pasted a list of the top 50 companies hosting the masternodes below.

As you can see from the distribution below, only two of them (Amazon and Vultr.com) control almost 90% of all masternode servers. This could pose a potential threat to Darkcoin and DarkSend if Amazon and/or Vultr decided to shutdown all masternode customers. They are both US companies and could be contacted by the DHS or other ABC agency if Darkcoin became a threat.

I think the community should be on the lookout for alternative affordable hosting companies outside North America to help mitigate this risk.
