not sure if this is the right area to post.
Went through a gruesome process on Kraken to get verified for teir 3. After a couple weeks I was now verified.
However I lee getting "service unavailable " when trying to add an account for domestic wire transfers . Called my bank several times. Always getting a different answer. Kraken support responded once in two weeks and said they will get back to me . Still no answer .
I use Chase Bank and are a resident of the supported state NJ. Chase bank says use routing number that's on my checking, "021202377 " or use "021000021" with 270 park Ave New York as banks address.
None of these work lol this is some side of joke. I'm new to all of these. Anyone who has experienced this same issue I'd like your advice. Kraken seems to not be able to assist at this time
