MN requirement drop to 500?

hi I read on reddit that once dash hit $100usd that the masternode requirement would drop to 500 dash? Is that correct?

Not a chance. In fact, I'm pretty sure the recent price surge is from coning deep pockets; whole MNs are being snapped up and perhaps by just a handful of people. Deep pockets can buy 500 dash and 1000 dash, so I don't see how lowering the price will help.
