masternode tool can't recognize my trezor

    Hi,

    I'm a masternode owner. A few days ago I tried to move my reward out from trezor by masternode tool, but masternode tool didn't recognise my trezor. I used masternode tool last month, there was no problem. This is first time to get this issue. I tried another trezor, the masternode tool also can't recognize the other one.

    Both masternode tool and trezor are updated. Windows 10 system.

    Then I used trezor wallet app to move my reward out and keep the balance more than 1000 dash. I think since then my masternode wasn't online anymore. I tried to contact my masternode host moocowmoo, but there is no respond from him.

    Anyone have an idea what happened on masternode tool and trezor? It is wrong for using trezor wallet app to move reward out from trezor wallet ? Really appreciate your help!

    moocowmoo has stopped his masternode service sometime ago (in august 2019), did you not receive an email from him ?

    In his earlier correspondence with you he also described how to receive your funds back, its basically sending him an email with subject 'Withdraw Request' and attaching the original deposit receipts
    and stating how many shares you have with him (i assume you are sharing a masternode with other users through moocowmoo).

    With regards to not being able to move your reward out, i have no idea why the Dash Masternode Tool does not regnonice your trezor, you could contact the owner directly here : https://github.com/Bertrand256/dash-masternode-tool/issues

    After trying a few ways to fix this issue finally I give up. Now I'm running MNT perfectly on macOS system. Thanks for everyone who tried to help me!
