Light Darkcoin Client?

Not yet. There was a post recently about creating a bounty to port Electrum but nothing has been done yet:

However, Darkcoin's blockchain is not that heavy. I have just checked and in my computer it is only around 220 MB (Bitcoin's one is around 30 GB). If that is still too much, you could try one of the online wallets. I would not recommend them as you are not in control, but if the amount is not big maybe they could serve you well. There was a thread about that recently:
