Is there any software for Windows 7 to pipe output from an application to two different audio device

I want the sound from Cisco IP Communicator to output to my laptop's sound card AND the Logitech headset I'm using simultaneously. I've clicked on about 900 links in Google, most of wich tell you to use the 'Stereo Mix' trick, but it's not working. I select the logitech headset in Stereo Mix, but when I click OK, it switches back to my laptop's sound card.
