This is question more to the developer I guess. I totally understand why I need to wait for 6 confirmation if I want to make an InstandSend and the previous normal transaction are unconfirmed. But since you clam that InstatSend transaction are safe, why I can not send an InstantX transaction which is based on another InstantX transaction? Instant transaction should be either safe or not safe. If it is safe - then I should build another Instan transaction on it (without waiting 6 confirmation), if it is not safe - why you call it safe? I don't understand that.
