InstantSend still needs to be improved

InstantSend is quite a great feature of Dash. But it cannot lock by the number of spending coin, instead it locks the whole. Therefore users cannot spend with InstantSend right after another InstantSend transaction.

If InstantSend can lock only the amount of spending and let user spend the remaining amount, it will be great!

IS locks VINs so that they cannot be re-used. That's the whole point...

Use PrivateSend, you'll have tons of VINs.

I can't imagine a use case where the thing you're complaining about actually matters...
