How to find out a reliable chatroom for website?

Greetings to all! I need your help please. I need a web based chatroom for my new website. Which chatroom do you use guys? I am ready to pay on a monthly basis if it is reliable and comfortable. Besides I need to redesign, banned users, send them private message as well. Please suggest me a good web based chatroom supports all of the above features.

I was waiting for someone reply here. However, I found a solution from online called ChatWing. It's an web based chat app with lots of possibilities. I can chat with lots of people at a time over 1000. Also banned users, send them private message, redesign personal chatroom and many more possible using ChatWing. I would like to give a try there.
