How to calculate fee using RCP commands? I don't see any command that will allow me to check the state of the network. I do not understand how recommended fee for GUI works. The numbers that are shown there seems to be way to high.
Additionality, when I use settxfee with argument "0" then the fee is not set to 0 but to some higher value, higher when I use 0.0000001. Why it is working like that? Is it some kind of a bug?
