Can:
Make Youtube banners, icons and backgrounds
Edit pictures over other pictures
Remove watermarks and other text
Remove all those freckles on your face

Those are the main things i can do i am willing to learn more as i go along

YouTube Banner: $5 USD
YouTube Icon: $2.5 USD
Edit Pictures: $7.50 USD
Watermark removal: This depends on the complexity of the watermark/picture, the size of the picture, if the picture is symmetrical
Freckle Removal: well if your face is a complete freckle then stfu but if your face has some random freckles every where then thats fine at $4
