This could be catastrophic to dash if the US government decides to target cryptocurrencies. What does DCG have in place in case of loss of access to github? Are the dash repositories synced to any censorship-resistant, decentralized alternatives, such as Mango or GitTorrent?

What other measures are in place should the USG begin to target, or even just apply pressure, to DCG? Is it possible for DCG to move to a different jurisdiction? The threat is real.

This would be a great project for Evolution. Because of the incentivized, always-on masternodes, dash could become the foundation of a decentralized, censorship resistant git repository. The blockchain usernames can be used for access control, and dash the currency could even be used to pay people for their contributions.

In the meantime, however, DCG must get the repos copied to other places, as soon as possible.
