Failed to get Stratum session id

Hi Darkcoin Miners,

I decided to give Darkcoin and X11 a try, so I got the wallet, the appropriate minerd.exe and signed up on drkpool.com and created a worker.

Here's my .bat content:

minerd -a X11 -o stratum+tcp://drkpool.com:3333 -u blah.blah -p blah -t 8 -D

When I launch it, minerd tells me that he "Failed to get Stratum session id", anyway the 8 thread begin their work @12-13kh/s and some hashes are accepted.

I wonder if the "Failed to get Stratum session id" has a negative influence on the mining, or I can just forget about this info?

on the pool website, click "getting started" - it should list the port

i have the same "Failed to get Stratum session id" here is my command line for minerd:
-a X11 -o stratum+tcp://elitter.net:7903 -O XhsK9zvKwnxdjPbUCrW3W7JBFqKNFZ3DVY:anything -D -t 4

also had this same message returned when trying other pools and when using http:// protocol
