If you want End-to-End-Encryption by default try Threema, Wickr or Signal. (Signal also let you make encrypted phone calls)

Why do everyone call Telegram encrypted messenger?? It's not encrypted at all. The developers have no access to secret chats only and it's possible to create a secret chat using iOS version of an app. No desktop or android version support secret chats. Moreover developers announced that they're going to give information about some users to government which totally ruins the encryption.

You're wrong. It has issues with everything now. Add its instability and voila - it's time to look for something more reliable.

I think that end-to-end encryption seems very reliable and I think it's impossible to hack it and steal any information.
