Remember during the Jaxx / iOS saga Apple told Jaxx the crytpos they were supporting and they mentioned something called digi.cash? Well here is an article on it. Its an Australian based company that has figured out how to tokenise national currencies without using blockchain. Sort of like tether, but they've added email and cell phone accounts (a bit like evo plans). I downloaded the app which is actually quite good.
