Should we worry?

Abstract
Bitcoin is a digital currency which relies on a distributed set of miners to mint coins and on a peer-to-peer network to broadcast transactions. The identities of Bitcoin users are hidden behind pseudonyms (public keys) which are recommended to be changed frequently in order to increase transaction unlinkability.

Any idea how to prevent that?

Sorry if this reply is a little vague, but I can't find the exact link and hopefully someone else remembers where it is.
Evan had responded to the concern in the pdf and said it wouldn't be an issue (and mentioned what would be done to fix it) but I don't remember *where*. I'm pretty sure it was on the bitcointalk forum. The user who posted that abstract was basically using it to argue for the superiority of XC but couldn't form a response to the potential for rogue xnodes when pressed
