DASH withdrawal problem to Jaxx

I've mined a little Dash in last couple of weeks.

I've withdrawed all to my JAXX Dash wallet for more than a week ago. It has never arrived.

When i check transaction on Suprnova, it is colored with red and there is no block listed near my transaction.

I have TX info. What should i do?

Yeah I'm having problems too. Tech support hasn't been too helpful.

Try bip39 tool.

not perfect, as whole balance can't be recovered.

1) On Jaxx get 12 words backup phrase (== BIP39 Mnemonic 12 words)
(Don't share/post 12 words to internet)
2) Use 12 words to bip39 tool.

Open online version of the tool or downloaded with a browser.

Change Only two things :
- BIP39 Mnemonic : 12 words from Jaxx
- Coin : Dash

On Derived Addresses, find your address, and Private Key(s).
Import Private Key with DashCore-Qt



- More details to do(sample mnemonic).

m/44'/5'/0'/0/m : external
m/44'/5'/0'/1/n : internal ( for change )

1) with m/44'/5'/0'/0/m : find your address and Private Key.
Import Private Key with DashCore-Qt

2) with m/44'/5'/0'/1/n : find Private Key of the first Derived Addresses m/44'/5'/0'/1/0
Import Private Key with DashCore-Qt.

I mean DashCore wallet. Havn't tested the Exodus wallet yet.

Looks like The Exodus is bip44 compatible, So use 12 words from Jaxx
But I think still need import Private key of internal m/44'/5'/0'/1/0.

Jaxx is not design to take payout from mining, i got that xperience too...will take sometime to appear..suggest you change your wallet to coinomi or exodus.
