MNOs voting on Drive content is a mjaor no-no until MNO identities and IP's can be fully anonymous. As we've seen with other platforms, the MO goes like this:
1. Government says to platform, "this is a one-off incident, it's patently clear it should be censored".
2. Platform agrees and censors content.
3. Government subsequently says, "You've done it before, now you are accountable because we know you can censor".
Recent event: Person sends abusive / "racist" email to UK Members of Parliament. Court decides to set example, sends the guy to jail for 10 MONTHS! Person identified by his IP address.
When people see that stuff can be censored... and when governments learn how to attack a network, turning a crack into a gigantic hole, the users of dash will rebel and the dash price drops like a stone. Game Over.
