Dash Loaded Debit Cards

Has anyone any knowledge of any companies who are able to load debit cards with Dash?
I know this has been gone over previously but in the light of Charlie Shrem and his 'attempts' at making a card followed by the whole Wavecrest/Visa issues, are there any companies that remain?

Are any in the pipeline? I see on the TenX site that they have a Dash loaded card in 'beta testing' and they seem to be able to sidestep the Wavecrest breakdown.

Does anyone have any advice?

Tenx is working new card issuer and sending new cards to current card owners, time line is Q1.
