    DASH HELP VENEZUELA - UPDATES #1
    This is a crossed post at Pre-Proposal: Dash Help Venezuela

    Hello Dash Community, we are pleased to officially announce the launch of Dash Help Venezuela, the first official support center for a cryptocurrency in the world, and it's exclusively for Dash! Our services are following:
    Our service is available from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (Venezuelan Time/ ATS). Below is a pic of the operations room and with part or our team.

    Future plans:
    • We have plans to open Whatsapp and Telegram channels very soon.
    • We will provide support and assistance in Dash Maracay and Dash Youth Conferences (also at Dash Guayana an Dash Merchant Venezuela, Dash at the Cripto Latin Fest in Bogota Colombia, if they get funded)
    • Alliance with Dashop.io: once dashop.io is live, we will provide spanish support for their clients.
    • Alliance with Dashinformer.com: They will send us traffic to our website.
    • Alliance with "All About Dash": We will post their educational videos in our website, and they will post our link in their website.
    • Alliance with Dash Academy: Once they finished their first batch of educational videos, we will post them in our website.
    • In the near future (1 month) we will open our Call service to Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. We choose these countries because they are the ones which have Dash communities. Once other countries have their communities, we will expand our services to them.

    APRIL 2018 REPORT
    Hello Dash Community, we are pleased to share with you the results of our work during April 2018. Conferences, Statistics of our Support Center (from April 11th) and our futures plans. Your questions and comments are very welcome!


    CONFERENCES & EVENTS:
    1- 1st Dash Maracay Conference: We were in Maracay (center region on Venezuela), providing support to the attendees at the first Dash conference. Besides, our co-founder Alejandro Echeverria had an interview where he explained all the feautures of the services we provide. We want to thank the team of Dash Maracay for the invitation!

    2- 7th Dash Caracas Conference: As usual, we were in another edition of the Dash Caracas Conference providing support to all the attendees. There we officiallly annouced the launch of our support center. Thanks Dash Caracas for the invitation!

    3- Conference at the Catholic University Andres Bello (UCAB) organized by Dash Youth Venezuela: our allies of Dash Youth Venezuela organized a conference at the UCAB university and our tech director, Lorenzo Rey, was the speaker. Aprox 120 people attended at the event. We thanks a lot to the Dash Youth team for the invitation.

    4- BeerFest of the "Catholic University Andres Bello (UCAB)" with Dash Youth Venezuela & Dash Merchant Venezuela: we had the opportunity to be in a BeerFest with our allies of Dash Youth Venezuela and Dash Merchant Venezuela. The event was organized by students of the UCAB, and they came to us because they wanted to accept Dash as a payment method. So, we teached them how to accept Dash and also we gave 1$ in Dash to the first 100 people who arrive to the place with their Dash wallet.

    STATISTICS OF OUR SUPPORT CENTER:
    Following are the results of the traffic we have received in our support center since we started operations (April 11th - 15 days). We are amazed about the traffic we are having because we have't started our marketing campaign yet (we only annouced it at our social networks and at the 7th Dash Caracas Conference) and each day the numbers of calls, livechats and ticket support is increasing.
    - Operations days: 15 days
    - # Cases: 42
    - More used: Calls and Livechat
    - Main issues: Problems or error with official Dash wallet.

    FUTURES PLANS - WHAT'S NEXT?
    - Short term: we already have the numbers of our call center for Argentina, Mexico and Colombia, we will open our call service to these countries in the next 2 weeks. We will also start our marketing campaign to promote our service, it will have: billboards, radio commercials and social media influencers.
    - Mid term: Dash Help Venezuela will be in the Cripto Latin Fest in Bogota, Colombia. It will be the biggest crypto and blockchain event in Latam. It will take place on June, 2th. We will be there with our friends of dash.red, Dash Colombia and Rodrigo Ambrissi from Dash Brazil (Rodrigo will be one of the speakers of the conference)
    - Long Term: expansion of our team, expansion of our services to other spanish speaking countries and study the possibility of providing our services in english.

    Excellent work guys, this is great. I'm also very excited about your expansion to the rest of Latam and including English. This can be very, very big for you and Venezuela as long as you maintain the trust of the MNOs. Imagine Venezuela hosting a very large call center running 24/7 operations for the entire world.

    Keep up the good work, keep providing the statistics, and be as transparent as possible with your operations and budget.

    Hello Unstoppable, thanks for your words! They motivate us to keep doing what we are doing. We are very excited of our progress and we know we will have much more traffic in the upcoming days/weeks.

    Regarding the 24/7 support center for the entire world, that is what we dream about, but we know we have to go step by step, growing gradually. We will keep our hardwork, helping users and merchants. We are happy to help Dash achieve its #1 goal, we won't rest until we achieve it.

    Hello Dash Community, we are pleased to share with you some pics and a video of the first 2 big billboards that we set up on the most transited highways of Venezuela, these are:

    - Francisco Fajardo (450,000 cars/day)
    - Prados del Este (150,000 cards/day)

    These billboards are some of the best publicity works Dash can get here (branding and awereness). Soon we will set up more and we are working with the new image of Dash already. Note: the sentence on the top of the design says "It's more than Digital Cash"

    MAY 2018 REPORT
    Hello Dash Community, we are pleased to share with you the results of our work during May 2018. Conferences, Statistics of our Support Center and our futures plans. Your questions and comments are very welcome.

    1- New logo!: following the new Dash logo, we refreshed ours too! We hope you like it.

    2- 8th Dash Caracas Conference: as usual, we were at the 8th Dash Caracas Conference providing support to all the attendees.

    3- Big Dash billboards at Caracas: as we mentioned in a previous post, we set up the first 2 big billboards on the most transited highways of Venezuela. With this publicity work we are making a BIG branding exposure.

    4- Expansion to LATAM: as we promised, we launched our call service to: Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. Next: Spain!

    5- Cripto Latin Fest! (Bogota, Colombia): as we said in our previous posts, we traveled to Bogota (Colombia) for the first edition of the Cripto Latin Fest, the biggest cripto conference of Latam so far. Rodrigo Ambrissi from Dash Brazil, was one of the main speaker and he rocked it. With our friends of Dash Medellin, Dash.red, Dash Youth, Dash Merchant Venezuela and Samuel Barboza (Developer from the Core Team) we set up a Dash booth (the best one btw) and we were full of people during all day.

    We gave information to +400 people, downloaded 371 Dash wallets, we did an airdrop for all the people who downloaded the Dash wallet and also we gave Dash shirts, hats, stickers, pens, informational flyers, etc.

    - Qr.cr Dash POS system: we will provide the official spanish support for this Dash POS system, they will promote our service inside their website.
    - DashAcademy.com: we will be the official support for this amazing site. They will put our information and link in their support section.
    - DashTrip Venezuela: they will promote our service in their project (if they pass their proposal).

    7- Statistics of our Support Center: Following are the results of the traffic we have received in our support center during may. We had a great growth of 68% in general (calls + chat + ticket support + email)

    9- Futures plans - What's next?
    - Short term: Expansion of our call service to Spain. Marketing to Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Spain. We will add more content to our Youtube video.
    - Med term: Expansion of our support service to ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE. Many community members have asked us to open our help service to these languages so we will start looking for candidates who speak PERFECTLY english and portuguese.
    - Long term: Expansion of our team in all languajes.

    Excellent work and congratulations to all your team, for helping the growing Dash community in Latin America.
    I believe that a fundamental part of the growth of DASH HELP (and to provide a 24 x 7 service) would be to incorporate the ChatBOT channel so with a training of FAQs it can derive a good amount of help call requests that can be resolved primarily by this type of virtual assistants.

    If you like the idea, we could give you a demo and show you how it can help your project.

    Hello JOL, thanks for your question.

    We are able to manage at least 1800 (3 cases/hour/agent * 8 hours/day * 20 days * 4 agents = 1920 cases). However, we found the way to cut somethings in the budget and for our next proposals our operational costs will be much lower. In this way we will be even more efficients.

    With the expansion of Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Spain and soon Brazil, we are expenting to receive higher number of requests, since we are going to make marketing work in these countries.

    - How to recover the wallet using the recovery phrase + back up
    - Etc...

    We will do 14 videos which will show everything about the wallets and they will be in Spanish and English.     Dash Venezuela, am greatly inspired by the great job you are doing. This is what it means to take initiative for Dash. Dash Kenya and East Africa will emulate some of these creative works to ensure Dash adoption in Kenya increases.

    Hello thanks for your support! However we are not Dash Venezuela. We are the same team who manage Dash Help, Dash Merchant and Dash Text. Dash Venezuela is an independent organization like ours, and we all work for the same goal: massification of Dash in Venezuela. In this way we keep decentralization in all the teams and we work alligned under the same vision.

    Kriptomobile Phones in Venezuela - Partnership with Dash Help
    Last week, Dash anounced its latest big partnership with Kriptomobile, a cellphones company which will be selling their new amazing smartphones in Venezuela and the rest of Latam. https://www.dashforcenews.com/dash-pa...

    The special feature of this phones is that they have the Dash wallet, Uphold app and the Bitrefill app already pre-installed. Besides they have a paper wallet inside the boxes with 0.015 Dash that you can swipe and start using cryptocurrencies right away. The cellphones are very cheap, around 60$ each.

    We are happy to anounce that Dash Help will be the official support center of this partnership and all the paper wallets have our contact information. This partnership will help even more the adoption of Dash in Venezuela, where we already have over 1200 merchants accepting Dash as a payment method.
