Dash Core installer smartscreen blocking

Hello, i have download from dash.org installer but when i open it it saying smartscreen blocking it but i click Run anyway . I read some info unpopular apps is blocked by smartscreen... is that right?

The installer needs to be signed by a registered organisation to pass SmartScreen I think... Devs, is there a plan to get this done? Do we need to contact Microsoft or something? It's a pretty scary warning for new users.

Of course my dear friend ! More people should use app and message Microsoft so they can add app in smartscreen.
