I've updated a few texts and images. The only thing that we don't have ready yet is the press kit, we'll have to work on that. The website is ready for migration as soon as Matt and Evan coordinate to do so.
Hey guys, trying to catch up on all of the above, it looks like we're super close to moving things over now.

I feel I've not been able to keep up. I have just fixed / replace the code in the footer.php. Hopefully this fixes things.

Apart from this, I believe I need to replace the slider graphic. Is there anything I'm missing / need to fix? I Do have backups from s few weeks ago if anything needs restoring.
I don't think you need to do any restoring, I've restrained myself from breaking more things ;)

As for the graphic, we can play with that once it has been migrated, don't worry too much. Thanks for the help!

Sounds great! I've replied to the pm with Evan, I outlined the various migration methods, but clearly Evan is a very smart man lol, so it should be very easy for him lol.

For myside of it, I'll get the export file, zip of the files and a database backup packed up.

Hi, looks great - please ensure that the download page still looks good with one column less: Starting with open source there will be only stable client left.

EDIT: Wallet description will have to be updated too :)

"Darkcoin has two different wallets, the Stable and the Release Candidate (RC)."

Yeah, at this stage of development we'll need to keep an eye of the site all the time to avoid it being outdated... Eager for open source though!

Thanks for the screenshot. Chrome I assume? Just noticed it doesn't support the Unicode Lock character (and many others) for some reason. Good reminder to check cross-browser compatibility. Sometimes I forget there's insane people out there who don't use Firefox. ;)

Linux/Firefox:

The buttons are not fitting...

But I would say, let's launch it this weekend!

Evan and Matt are working on the migration right now. First they are moving to a darkcoin.io subdomain and then they'll go live. I guess they'll be done this weekend. Once we are live we can start fine tuning and checking everything. Tomorrow I don't have a lot of time, but on Sunday I'll be able to put in a few hours for this. If someone has some time this weekend all help will be very useful. On Monday we have many press releases and we should have some traffic, so it would be great to have the website working properly :)

Looks like the wordpress export file is pretty crappy, it didn't bring across any of the finer settings like menus and plugins. We have the SQL dump, this will contain everything. A simple line of code will swap out nufluxmedia.com for the new domain. Should work better :)

hey guys
well well done on the new webpage !
Super professional, clean and DRK open for business !!

I started a thread regarding suggestions / issues (i guess you guys are still working on it anyway)
https://darkcointalk.org/threads/new-darkcoin-io-webpage-suggestions-issues.2501/

just remember that for Monday release this ether has to be up and running 150 % ( as we are doing a big PR push)
or the old page still has to be posted.

I have a serious issue with vertoe's video on the frontpage, i posted that in the thread as well.

Good job all around !

Then I got a warning triangle saying "This web site does not supply identity information."

Those two front page slides are different height.
Top left drk logo does not go to front page.
Community page missing pictures/logos.
This forum bottom darkcoin.io link goes to https, not http.

Interesting. I have replicated the same when I access via https, rather than http. I think the reason it's doing this is because it's blocking non https stuff when you acccess via https. And the style.css and others are hardcoded to http, rather than https, so it's not loading.

Maybe we should force https, and then we can edit the http links to https.

Yes, let's just go full HTTPS.

What happened to moving to a sub-domain first before going live?

I didn't see any problems with this. The issues were related to how the export tool worked.

The website does not seem to be update to reflect the open source status. You can still download the RC version...
