I have different cryptocurrencies. I got some wallets and distributed my coins.
I know about hacking wallets, but didn't worry before.
Decentralized exchanges began to provide alternative login options through a password. It bothers me.
I heard about this feature on BitShares and others.
Is this information still relevant? Can you trust such wallets?
Can I lose my money when using it?

Why are you so afraid of using a password?

Many devices can remember the password. I limit myself to using different devices.

Try to use more popular wallets.
There are plenty of them reliable.

It sounds funny. We know many cases of hacking mails, instant messengers, social networks, cryptocurrency wallets. I think I shouldn't continue.

I don't know much about various wallets that would help you to store your cryptocurrency. But one thing that should be kept in mind is that you need to make use of cold wallets which are said to be offline and not online. More prominently you should also opt for two-step verification criteria wherever it is necessary.

Do you believe that you should keep cryptocurrency in several wallets? Do you do the same? Or do you use one wallet for all savings?

for example, Ledger Nano S is a separate device that looks like a flash drive. It is in this device that private keys for access to cryptocurrency accounts are protected. They are encrypted inside the wallet, the system of which is protected from hacking and viruses, and also always in offline mode and never enter the Internet. This is the safest option.

Do you want to say that anyone can access it?
For example, will i lose it and anyone get access? Or will i lose all my money forever? It's scary.

As for security issues, they are given the maximum attention from the developers, since it is the maximum security of funds and resistance to hacking that distinguishes hardware storage from other cryptographs. Of course, security is a loose concept. Unfortunately, in the world of finance, you cannot be 100% sure that your savings are protected. But Ledger Nano S Bitcoin Wallet is developd to provide the highest possible level of protection for your cryptocurrency savings.

OK. What is in case of loss? I'm absent-minded and can't find the keys to the apartment. I'm afraid to take a wallet with a fortune even in my hands.

Cryptocurrency wallets are used for sending, receiving, storing and much more with the digital currencies. It is a software program which has its own public and private key which helps users to monitor their balance and do transactions with the cryptocurrencies.

Look. You prefer to store you currency at multiple wallets, it's great, but...I think that chance that UR hardware will be hacked is much bigger than hardware of wallet service, isn't it? So first of all think about the security of your own data.

I agree. Also you might like Atomic wallet.
Just don't keep your money on centralized exchanges.
