Command-line tool or programming library to read wallet.dat (encrypted or not)?

Hi all,

I know this has probably been asked before, so my apologies. I did search the forums first, but "wallet.dat" is such a broad term that it gets lost in the noise. Or the haystack. The needle gets lost in the... anyway.

I'm looking for something that can just slurp up my wallet.dat and spit out the private keys. Something exists like that, right? Doesn't @UdjinM6 have a tool to do this?

Thanks for the suggestions!

These tools w/all the dependencies are not as easy as just dumpwalletfile, so I used that since it's easiest.

I really wish the BDB had an easier interface.
