cgminer can't see R9 280

Hello!
My problem:
cgminer can't see R9 280 (cmd window closing with text, you may see at photo)
My system:
win 7, 64bit
i5-4590 CPU @ 3.3GHz
motherboard asus Z97-PRO (wi-fi ac)
RAM 2x8gb
I've tried:
1) cgminer versions: cgminer 5.1 ; 5.2.1 ; special versions for x11 and dash (all with true bins)
my bat:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer.exe -k darkcoin-mod -o xx -u x -p x -I 16 -g 2 --worksize 64 --thread-concurrency 8128 --lookup-gap 2 --vectors 1 --worksize 64 --auto-gpu --gpu-platform 0 --gpu-engine 1015 --gpu-memclock 1375

2) full clean uninstall amd drivers and the install catalyst versions: 15.4.1 ; 15.7.1 (+ windows see my card and drivers without troubles)
3) installing drivers for motherboard
4) changing video settings in bios
5) trying replace card in another pci-e 16x slots

Do you have disabled the onboard (more precise: on-CPU) graphics in the BIOS?

At photo you can see my graphic settings in bios (maybe there is another options to change - I need some help with it, if possible)
Also I've heard that exists motherboards that can't support mining.
+ Maybe there is a small and mandatory thing, I have not done?

Note: cgminer 3.7.2 sees my card

Solved: CPU with video core (I use i5) needs --opencl-platform 1 in bat.file
