Balance disappeared after syncing with new phone

Hi all,

Transferred some money to a new dash account a couple months ago. Haven’t made any transactions since.

Got a new iPhone for the holidays. Reinstalled Dash, put in my saved phrases, and synced wallet. Once it was done syncing, my account balance was $0.

I emailed support but haven’t heard a response for weeks. Any advice?

@Y2boodz There was a known bug in the initial 4.x release of the iOS wallet a few days ago that may have prevented it from starting up on devices not yet upgraded to iOS 13. If this is the case for you, please try to update the Dash app to version 4.0.4 or higher. Do you still have the old device containing a balance, or can you view the address balanced on a block explorer?
