I could need some help understanding a few things because the resources I found don’t really help me.
I did set up 10 full stack nodes that both connect and can be reached via ipv4 and onion. I did set up a new node (onion stack only) and passed the onion nodes via addnode= in the config, the new node was able to connect and started downloading the chain.
If I do set up a fresh node (onion stack only) and don’t pass any nodes via addnode= it stays at zero connections and can’t find any peers. All nodes have externalip= in their config and all nodes can be reached if I specify them. I would like to see a fresh node finding the existing ones (via onion) without me telling it about it. I just can’t figure out what needs to be done to archive that.
