Will this service work with visa/mc gift cards? I'd like to use them to buy DASH. Also do I have to verify who I am?

It will make 24 hours I have 2 purchases on the site,
2 purchases confirmed by AstroPay and alfacashier canceled = / and I received not received dash .. not received money =(
