I have attempted to transfer 0.19857245/Dash, total amount, from a QT wallet on a laptop which I am pensioning off. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to send the funds. Is the amount too small to send? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have recently acquired DRK coins and want to move from the exchange to a QT wallet which I have just downloaded. In the folder PDF files appear, when you try to open them it says they are not supported. Any help appreciated.
