hi, I have a problem when I calculate the adjusted time of the next block.According to the code of block time,BlockTime=GetAdjustTime,andGetAdjustTime=GetTime+GetTimeOffset.But how can I calculate the GetTimeOffset? I'm looking forward to your repply. Thanks!

the per block reward in the first year is about 5 dash,because it will reduce every year by 7%,when it came to the forth year that is 2017,the per block reward is about 4 dash.
