Paper wallet reclaim problem, but it doesn't show anything

After further review and discussion with others who had the same problem, we found that there was a program in Venezuela that was giving Dash to purchasers of a Krip K5 phone. The first set of paper wallets were empty. Contact the place where you purchased the phone to get a new paper wallet...

Restore wallet can't select file darkcoin_wallet_backup_2014-xx-xx Not working

The backup file is in base64 text format, which means that only certain characters are valid (64 of them). If the beginning of the file begins with this: "JMZ," then the file is invalid, because a comma ',' is not part of the base64 format. Given that and the file having the date 2014-11-11...

The android app (Darkcoin Wallet) was created on May 31, 2014 and `darkcoin_wallet_backup_2014-xx-xx` is definitely a file that this app would have created. There might be a strange bug that prevents loading of this file using Safety / Restore Wallet in Dash Wallet, though on my devices the...

From where does the Android wallet get the Exchange rates data?

Exchange rate information comes from Poloniex (Dash in BTC, weighted average of past 200 trades) and BitcoinAverage.com (BTC in local currencies). If Poloniex is not reachable, then BitcoinAverage.com is used for DASH in BTC as well. With the crazy amount of volatility recently, there are...

Is there a reason why mobile fee is expensive?

The topic of this thread are fees for sending Dash on Mobile Devices, specifically android. Is the fee 0.0001 or 0.00001 DASH per kb? It is unrelated to which company or device is being used.

Is there a reason why mobile fee is expensive?

Segwit is not needed to lower transaction fees. Fees can be lowered by changing only a few parameters in the code. IPv6 or not is unrelated to Mobile Wallet Development.

Your statements are well taken. The design of the app is largely based on an older design of the Bitcoin Wallet from years ago. While we did update the appearance, the over all design is still the same despite minor changes over the years from the Bitcoin Wallet developers.
