In case anyone looks at this forum post, this guide is almost correct, however you MUST use `--proxy=127.0.0.1:9150` instead of `--onion=127.0.0.1:9150` if you want your traffic to go over tor!
~I haven't experienced this before, can you turn on `debug privatesend`? you can do this by just opening console in dash-qt and typing `debug privatesend`~
Nevermind, I think I've reproduced it. Will investigate tomorrow

A new cycle has been launched based on the terms in the last proposal. Sadly we were forced to launch later than we would have liked, this won't be the case in future cycles. A report for the September cycle will be released very soon.

Hey @camosoul, I really appreciate you looking into this, it's been a good conversation to read through. A little about myself, I am as close to what one might call an active PrivateSend "researcher" and enthusiast and I have discovered many things worth improving and that have been improved...
If you want to 'fire' us then put in the proposal. If you want to tell us to allow governance proposals in DashBoost, put in a proposal to the MNs.
The people have the power to mandate a change if they see fit.
Well now, either you read my comment too hastily or you are attempting to put words in my mouth. I did not state that "all the Dashboost internal governance decisions should depend on the MN network." Instead I stated "any attempt to mandate a change must be approved by the MN network." In other...
The one dash fee is what was agreed to by the MN network, in addition, I see no instance where a fee lower than $250 is beneficial for legitimate projects which are large enough to deserve funding. Any project which cannot crowdfund a one dash fee is clearly not good enough anyway to be of any...
I highly disagree, if someone cannot afford, or find someone to sponsor, a one dash fee then it is clear the project is not a good one anyway. This fee is a necessary anti-spam feature in order to protect the platform.
Governance proposals will not be added, as DashBoost is not a mechanism...
"1 Dash Proposal Submission fee" (https://www.dashcentral.org/p/gc-dash-boost). Since that is the statement which the MN network agreed to, we will follow by it unless community consensus is clearly shown.
Again, @demo, you seem to have quite flawed logic.
1. DashBoost has been clear from the start that the fee will be around one dash or lower, depending on the cycle.
2. This system was not designed for everyone to participate. It was designed to allow smaller budget proposals. DashBoost is not a...
@demo, Dash is open source. If you or anyone finds it such a priority you can either implement it yourself or pay someone to implement it, post it as a pull request, and see what the feedback is and if it gets merged.
In the case of proposals which are as small as yours you have a few options:
1. Put up the proposal for a total of 2 dash (1 dash requested, 1 dash fee)
2. Find the funds by some other means.
We have no plans to reduce the fee, or make it directly proportional to the amount requested in...
I am oh so very glad to announce that DashBoost is back and better than ever, thanks to a very kind community donator. I am proud to announce, that DashBoost, is hosting a two week cycle, which will end on July 3rd and has already started!
In this cycle: 40 Dash is available to be received by...
@Name3 @demois8 We are answering questions from Dash Force News and DashWatch in regards to the funding of DashBoost. Once they have both sides of the story and publish their reports, we will post a proposal to allow the network to provide funding and fund small proposals. We will continue to...
I really appreciate the improved communication. Core has always been doing great things for the tech, but I am now confident you are in a position to both do great things with the tech and be very active with the community.
