I dunno, I'm watching eBay daily trying to figure it out... I have a feeling some miners will panic sell. I could add 4 r9 280x's to my rigs and a couple 290x with all the electricity I save mining x11.

Since you can probably get a good deal on them if people are panic selling them to buy ASIC's. I think there are a couple of viable GPU coins for the next few years, and if I can get them at a discount... I might go for it. I guess it depends how long they've been used for.

GPU R9 290x - 2800 kh/s last time I checked it. Haven't played with the config file yet and don't know how stable it is.

Is CPU mining even still really viable with this coin? I mean without owning a botnet? I have about 25 MH/s in GPU's... but I figure not bothering to risk my CPU's on it...

I think it's probably the most important thing that needs to be done in the Crypto world. With all of the large and small "Goxings" going on; I can see how people can become jaded by Cryptos. I think a de-centralized exchange would solve this, and cut out the middlemen! Cut out the 3rd party...

It's definatly either a driver issue or a config file issue. Also try just launching your config with a .bat file, with only your connection settings, and let sgminer default all your settings. If the above works, it's a config setting if it doesn't re-install the drivers, but clean them out...

I think anything after V12 has SDK included. I find some cards are finicky with drivers especially R9 290x. I use old MSI ones for those, so keep track of which drivers you try. Also, important, when you uninstall the drivers and install new ones, make sure you: 1) Go to device manager, click...
