Ryan does not need a secretary. IMHO Ryan should resign from DCG, the DIF, and the Trust -- just walk away from the whole mess. It was a mistake to give the DAO so much power. He should then get to work on creating a fork of Dash over which the Dash DAO has no control.

The ability to push the treasury to 20% had nothing whatsoever to do with DCG. ANY proposal(s) from ANY entity or individual could have pushed the treasury temporarily up to 20%. And this power would still have been in the MNOs hands. This is nonsense. MNOs are not THAT stupid.
