Do MNO's really want to promote in Africa and if so what kind of proposals are they looking for? I've seen proposals that passed for western countries get denied for Africa. Do you want simple monthly conferences, meet-ups, and to dash give-ways? I ask because when you upload pre-proposals...

Now this we can all get behind, they should really get someone to come hear out people's proposals. And also easier access to escrow would also be nice. Maybe they should let us know which escrow companies they prefer and put is as a requirement if that's the case.

I think even "poor" people understand how to buy low and sell high. And for your information Africa also has rich people we all don't live rural areas. There is a market in Africa for Dash. What Dash provides is a stable currency to store wealth and access to affordable money transfer. I guess...

I think this idea could work but DASH would have to pick 2 or 3 escrow providers to work with. Centralize project funding in that case.
