There is a new class of Masternode, 1K masternodes still running core, the 4K will begin by running core in anticipation of becoming Platform nodes when that is released. When Platform is released, they will become 1/4 core node, 3/4 Platform node.
Delegated votes are hard for indvidual delegates to manage, having MNOs delegate and pull makes it hard to manage, a better solution
would be something like what Crowdnode does for its users, have one account manage all the delegated votes and have TownHall users
pick a delegate and then...
My main concern is that Platform, as an experimental sidechain, does not impact core functionality
if Platform is halted. Running Platform on all nodes risks that. Though there are 1K solutions or
roundabouts there that would reduce the risk to Core, do we really want to die on this hill? We...
I am a day trader on a minnow budget, and I have managed my tiny portfolio better than these legacy pros, when Dash hit 150 USD, I was
buying Silver with my Dash pay, I am Sigmund Patrick has seen some of the serious market anyalsis that goes in in Dash Legion Discord, our free pro
trading group...
Yes there are 3 new board members, let me see if I can find the link, think they post in Discord, keep having to remind folks
in Discord, will repost it myself.
I'm not trying to be alarmist, but feast your eyes on the Treasury Yield Curve.

Legacy Markets are headed into recession.
Almost midway thru the fiscal year for DCG, and you took on unexpected duties, others did, I am not going to press hard on the issue,
but I will be discussing these matters with other voters.
DCG has a Compensation Resreve Fund it built up during the bull market, they have sold that Dash for USD
and turned around and invested in things like REITs, Energy, etc, look at the discussion in the Quarterly Reports.
I'd like to know how much dry powder DCG has on hand.
Some pie charts, Glenn used to provide that, never got to talk to Glenn.
Not mad at what he did, the reserves are the salvation of DCG, I am not trying to
micro manage their accounting, but if there is no CFO in place, just get back on dry...
You were a solid COO to work with as a sub contractor. But I do like ranting and raving too, we can bring @xkcd in here for a trusted
advice on market conditions, When you are in an REIT or some other instrument, oh well, cash <> dash that was my understanding
of what building a reserve meant.
And DCG is not a finance company, it is a development company for the Dash Network, reserves were sold to the voters as
dollar deonimated, cash, we won't even speak of the impairments that have occurred over the last 3 quarters, don't talk to me
about cash management. What happens if the crypto...
Is it really that hard for DCG's investment firm to move assets into Short Term Treasuries (cash equivalent) or Money markets?
Both yield-bearing cash equivalents?
Will link discussion on other threads later, just wanted to remember. Bookmark for later.
Cash or cash equivalents please, don't play the legacy markets with DAO Treasury funds.
Don't confuse emotional with ideological principle, DCG should have never been in the legacy markets to begin with, and trying to
claw back losses hoping for a market rebound is the same tactic a degenerate gambler uses. I realize this was not done under your
watch, but I am fairly confident...
First of all, the former CFO did not let the network know he was going to invest in markets that are antithetical to the principles of crypto
until later, second of all, the impairment losses posted speak for themselves. DCG as a development company is funded by the network
and as such, needs...
I was asked to solicit some feedback prior to floating a decision proposal on this, I did so in Discord MNO polls, is the voter sentiment clear enough for DCG to get the message here on handling DCG Reserves, or shall I proceed with a proposal? The legacy market has rebounded over the last few...
