    Install Dashcoind to ubuntu 14.04

I'm not a systems expert, but I'll try to explain it the best I can. If someone is more knowledgeable about this, please chime in! There are two main types of libraries developers use when writing code: - Static libraries (usually .a in Linux) - Dynamic libraries -- aka dynamically linked...

    Install Dashcoind to ubuntu 14.04

If you want a little more info as to why: In Linux, UNIX and related operating systems, . denotes the current directory. Since you want to run a file in your current directory and that directory is not in your $PATH, you need the ./ bit to tell the shell where the executable is. So, ./foo means...

    MPOS Darkcoin mining pool (RUS)

wisewk7 the problem is that you are using the scrypt algorithm to mine Dash, which is X11. If that version of minerd supports X11 you can enable it with -a x11 or -a X11. If not, than download a X11 compatible version of minerd and try again with the x11 flag.

No payments for many addresses from p2pools since 2015-04-02

The problem is that most p2pool haven't included patch: https://github.com/darkcoin/p2pool-drk/pull/8 All blocks found by nodes that don't include this patch are rejected by the network (because their version is 2, instead of 3)
