WTT Need Help due to CEX recent Changes

0.01453874 LTC
6.00 Doge

That I need all withdrawn and converted to Dash. Recently I decided to work on Solo mining after hearing the fines and forced withdraws going about CEX. However I am unable to withdraw any of my coin

I am willing to give someone all my coin vouchers if they can give me some dash in return.
