Dear Colleagues

We all might have differences of opinion and views on ASIC Manufacturers, but i just wanted to share my experience with iBeLink support team.

"No matter how many times i contacted their support, i ALWAYS got the response" , it does not matter whether the response was as per my expectation or not.

I congratulate iBeLink team and management for providing excellent support through ticket system.

Plus I hope iBeLink will consider the suggestions as the companies who consider their customers part of team grow in long term.

I contacted ibelink support. They did not answer any of my tickets. I have waited more than 3 weeks and did not have any answers Please check ticket # 3074

no. of course. There is not any problem with tickets. Looks like for some reason or they do not want to support. It really does not matter. It's just only one asic.
However, Think about it for a while. Any problems with the device. I think it would be a miracle if we could contact them

I don't agree with you. Because they always respond everyone else.
