Dash Debit cards - best for foreign use?

My kid is going to study in the USA and it seems that a Dash debit card will be the best option for using Dash to circumvent sending fiat to her.
Questions:
Any other, better option?
Which of the debit cards are best in terms of fees?

Hope someone has already gone to all the trouble of comparing all 6? cards fees.

i am on a shakepay and that works great (internationally - never had problems )
as of fees i believe others might be cheaper but shake works + great app (so i have not changed )

I think the TenX cards have the lowest fees. They basically have none. But getting one at the moment is really hard because they are trying to increase their user numbers slowly.
I was lucky enough to get one and they work well.
