where to buy Dash with cash

I got trough the installation at last. This Thread https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/blockchain-size.14762/ shows the problem I've had to install.
Now the new problem is where to buy Dash with cash?
I've tried a few exchanges but they do crypto but rarely cash. Bitfinex was giving the service but seems to have some kind of a problem. So is there an easy way to buy at lower fee? Lower than 15% or 20% that saw at few places? thank you

But what a problem to only buy with cash! I don't get it.
Changelly not working. Okpay expensive fee. With all the search I did
I found Dashnearby is empty place. With Dashhous not many to sell there and so on...
I think I will take a break.
