New Baikal miner Quad-CUBE Dropping Contact me for yours

Yesterday I contacted Baikal via Skype.
I made the quad-cube order.
Contact to Skype told me that my name is mailed to [email protected], their name, address, tel and number of pieces.
I immediately sent an email as we agreed.
The reply to my e-mail was that they were sold out and that they did not know when I would be available again.
This is the producer's report that they produce?
I would say that this is highly unprofessional behavior and incomprehensible.
 
I agree, they really suck with their ordering system, 2 days ago I hesitated to do anything and since their email was down for half the day, there was nothing anyone could order or do. Yesterday the communication was ok and I got my order through, today it is all sold out .. crazy days.
 
How can the manufacturer not know when I will be abbot when making it?
Who, if he can not express it?
It's going to make me think somebody's got it and they just sell it.
Who can tell me in this chaos?
 
Please be aware that shipping starts in about 2 weeks, sometime mid May, currently all people could do is to preorder them. Everyone is still waiting for them to ship them out.
