The point is not to flash it around. The point is when people interested in crypto buy a Trezor, the DASH branded one will be the cheapest one there thanks to the treasury dollars. So is advertising to people who are interested in crypto and go as far as buying a Trezor.

I would not modify the 5 DASH fee. It's actually free for good proposals, since they get it back.

Why not make every transaction instant by default and have an option to make it without instantsend and call it something like "EconoSend"? If every transaction were InstantSend will total capacity of the network go down?
