I'm not a developer, so my contribution to DRK's progress, among other things, is also focusing on tightening the community. People come and go. Anyone can make mistakes and be forgiven. A truthful change of heart is always admirable. Everyone is entitled to a second chance, if there is honesty and integrity behind a reversal of manner.

But there is a sense of honor and justice that must be maintained. There are many who are just manipulative scum and did their best to defame Darkcoin and its efforts, and the community. Especially newcomers must be aware of them so they don't fall for any traps in the future.

Trolls and FUDsters, usually one and the same, use such tactics to manipulate people's opinions so they can financially gain from them. This is just wrong!

So I opened this thread as a historical ledger to single out those who do not deserve any empathy from the Darkcoin community. This initial post will be such ledger and link to posts maintained by anyone. Please feel free to quote them and provide links as evidence, so that this thread in itself may never be accused of FUD.

Feel free to just vote (no nomination without proof though please!), or add relevant postings suggestions.

These were the first I dug up. Not the best, but ranging from July to October 2014. There are really some outright disgusting ones that I will eventually find. He insulted people using extremely profane language. Insulted Evan and the dev team. Insulted the community. Blatantly lied about DRK in critical times to promote FUD. Went on other threads over at bitcointalk just spreading lies, not even FUD. And been consistently at it for months on end... then all of a sudden!! Wham! 180º reversal, set-up his own masternode, and started playing the righteous one. Disgraceful person.

I just dumped the last of my DRK the other day because I can't stand the stench of this coin. I will admit that I am mining on one of the pools that isn't taxing me 20%. I'll sell whatever I mine and feel good about not paying the 20% tax. But feel free to believe whatever fairy tale you want. You believe in the Darkcoin fairy tale about overtaking bitcoin, going to $300 a coin etc... so why wouldn't you believe the fairy tale that you posted about me.

Darkcoin and it's largest holders in their greedy quest for masternode profits have become an entity similar to the banking Industry in the United States. The elite masternode operators are allowed to collect a 20% tax from the miners. But it gets better, they don't have to do anything to collect that tax. Darkcoin has it's own network of tax collectors that go around intimidating pool owners into compliance.

Darkcoin actually has nothing to offer the vast majority of people. You can't spend it anywhere for anything of significance. It's nothing more than a source of revenue for those running masternodes. That's it. That's all it will ever be. No mainstream merchant is ever going to embrace Darkcoin as a payment method.

Now can we just get back to the important stuff, discussing DRK?" and then he basically weaves this "holier than thou" ethos throughout his quotes in an attempt to shame people who're determined not to let the memory of his destructiveness die.

Good on you Yikadee for making this thread (and for your rebukes of him on BCT). The reason "history repeats" in human affairs is because people forgive AND forget. Then eventually the collective memory is wiped leaving a perpetrator free to start manoeuvring for a fresh assault.
