Problem during crypto transfer from one wallet to another

I transferred Korvio cryptocoins from Korvio wallet to another wallet called Bitlus which does not support the Korvio currency. The amount was deducted from my Korvio wallet, but was not deposited to Bitlus? How do I get it back?
