I would definitely vote YES for this proposal if I had a Masternode.
Why?
Because I would actually use their product. And I think a lot of people would use their product.
I can see a big gap starting to bridge between established debit point of sale infrastructure and crypto currency - and Dash needs to be at the forefront of this connection.
If the card Julian is proposing can integrate Dash with millions of Visa merchants and ATMS globally at low conversion fees, we need to go for this.
The market is massive for globally accepted credit/debit cards, especially in developing countries. Plus having a card makes holding and using Dash 10x easier for the average person.
In terms of due diligence, I have not dug that deeply, but from reading other people's posts, it sounds like they have a functioning product that is working with Bitcoin. And it can be integrated with Dash relatively quickly so we are not committing to a long term agreement.
We also have a surplus of Dash in the Treasury right now that won't necessarily be there six months from now.
It could also create a double whammy network effect if we run this program simultaneously with Charlie Shrem's project. There could be some synergy there or at least we will gain good knowledge of how these integrations will work.
We may as well take a chance on this.
I vote yes.
