Encointer's KSM faucet has already distributed a total 12.9 $KSM to 32 provably unique persons in Encointer Nyota community (community ID: kygch5kVGq7) in Tanzania. For most people in this community, the faucet currently covers existential needs for one day - every ten days.

The money you bury deep into the ground to keep it safe, belongs to the poor. Your cleverness belongs to the stupid. Your strength and your army belongs to the defenceless. You were unfair to as many people as you could have helped and you did not." -- Basil of Caesarea

There is a new version/update of the quote:

"The bread you store belongs to the hungry. The clothes you accumulate belong to the naked. The shoes that you have in your closet are for the barefoot. The money you bury deep into the ground to keep it safe, belongs to the poor. Your cleverness belongs to the stupid. Your strength and your army belongs to the defenceless. Your goodness, kindness and mercy belong to the evil one, to the one who hates or envies you.

You were unfair to as many people as you could have helped and you did not."
-- Basil of Caesarea

What do you think about this new version of the quote? Are we unfair if we dont give goodness, kindness and mercy to the one who hates or envies us?
If we were giving goodness, kindness and mercy to the one who hate us, we could have helped him/her to stop being evil, we could have helped her/him to expell the dark evilness, hatery or jealousy that marks his/her soul and makes her/him unhappy.

In China, I actually prefer this sentence:
Rooted in inner cultivation, self-awareness without the need for reminders, freedom based on constraints, and kindness that considers others.
Looking back on Dash, since 2021, it has really gradually declined.......

A person that gives, no matter how small or measly, is actually giving. But the jealous and the sore do not see this, instead they feel entitled.

Believing you are entitled produces extreme laziness and unreasonable expectations of others.

I was wondering whether the reason of the failure or the Encointer UBI proposal was the voting range (0-242) and the resolution (3 Digits) I selected.

Many people voted 0 Dash, maybe because for example they wanted to give just 1 dash to Encointer, and the resolution of the proposal allowed to vote at minimum 9 dash.

So I was thinking of diminishing the voting range of the EncointerUBI proposal from 0 to 80 by adding a 4th digit, restarting the vote and wait for the results.

In the field I will call the 4th Digit proposal encointerUBI-NewRange-0-80-Digit4 but for the sake of the example I added in the above example the mnowatch proposal.

What do you think about it?
A possible voting outcome, in case all agree with my idea and vote YES to the 4th Digit, could be this .
I would like to hear your opinion about it.

Nothing to do with voting range, it's just too convoluted for most people. Your name is not Sam, therefore you can not change governance.

So should I not try encointerUBI-NewRange-0-80-Digit4? It will be again a failure?

Will the masternodes refuse to give just 1 dash to all the three Encointer Communities , currently consisting of 62 proven persons?

Thank you very much for the positive result, that currently offers 40 Dash to the Encointer community.

Lets reach 10% participation in the Encointer vote, for this 40 number to be legitimate.

Most people dont understand what you're doing.

Will you accept peoples responses when you have a pretty good idea that most people arent fully understanding of the question? Are you trying to find out what people actually think or are you just trying to push an idea that you understand and most people simply dont yet.

Before we can respect the outcome of any Encointer vote, we have to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that people understand and wish to comply with what is happening here.

What is your plan for making more people understand how this works, and giving them the power to signal that they do not wish to comply nor have any funds from the treasury used for this?

One of the main reasons of Dash's decline is that the Dash people tolerate whatever illiterate and math ignorant masternode owner to decide on their behalf. I believe that the masternode owners who do not know how to read or do basic math, they should not be allowed to vote for the budget.

So my plan is simple, I have accepted the fact that some masternode owners will not understand. For example, the masternode owners who do not know how to read, how will they understand? The masternode owners who do not know mathematics, how will they understand? All the above are of no interest to me, I am not here to teach the masternode owners reading or math, they have a lot of money so let them pay someone to teach them the basics. Any masternode owner who knows how to read and do math, this masternode owner interests me to explain to him/her (for free) how to vote the numbers . «ΑΓΕΩΜΕΤΡΗΤΟΣ ΜΗΔΕΙΣ ΕΙΣΙΤΩ»

THE QUESTION: You are about to decide how many Dash you would like to offer the next month to the (currently 75) proven individuals of the three Encointer communities (Zurich/Swiss, Greenbay/USA, Dar es Salaam/Tanzania). Your vote can be anything between 0 dash and 80 dash, and the decided amount will be distributed equaly to the proven individuals.

You certainly know how to read, but I dont know very well how to write because english is not my native language. What exactly you dont understand on the above question? And if you do understand it, how could I ask the same question so that more people able to read english can understand me?
