The above video will be published to the Encointer members and will invite them to become Dash members, only in case the Dash masternodes approve to give any amount from their budget to Encointer.

THE GOVERNANCE QUESTION: Regarding the
numerical proposal
"Encointer Basic Income", after achieving a voting participation greater than the
arbitrarily chosen threshold of 10%, may I ask you:
What election method would you like to be used in order to extract a
result, for the snapshot of the month
OCTOBER 2024?
OPTION 1)
DO NOT ANSWER the above question at all (just ignore this governance question as if it was never published), in case you believe that the inquestioned number should not be voted but should be decided by an
authority/god and please describe the authority/god in the comments below.
- If this option is selected this will result the encointerUBI proposal to receive 0 Dash for the OCT24 month.
OPTION 2)
VOTE No if you think that a divisive method based on the percentage
49% should be applied . You may claim that the most voted number (which is currently zero) should be selected, despite the fact that at the end of the October budget cycle it was selected by only 49% of the votes, while the majority 51% of the votes were against it and they wanted to give an amount more than zero to the Dash/Encointer project. The percentage threshold in order for this option to be considered rational depends on the "
mostVotedNumber" field of the
results, which at the end of the October budget cycle was decided to be the 49% of the valid votes. So the NO option is eligible only in case it is voted by more-equal than 49% of the votes. For example, it is not rational for someone to claim that 49% is the correct election method to be used, in case this method receives only 30% of the votes! In that case the method does not respect itself!
- If this option is voted this will result the encointerUBI proposal to receive 0 Dash for the OCT24 month.
OPTION 4)
VOTE Abstain if you like the "
Mean average", the most inclusive method where ALL the votes are calculated into the final outcome. Also vote ABSTAIN if you are a proponent of the time splitting rule, where all numbers are considered as valid numbers in the appropriate time window (for example: in case 70% of the voters voted 0 and 30% of the voters voted 26, we create a time window less equal than the human life time, lets say 10 years, and for the first 7 years the 0 number is applied, then for the next 3 years the 26 number is applied). Also vote ABSTAIN if you are a proponent of an alternative method not mentioned as an option in this poll (including the request to increase or decreace the voting range from 0-80 to something else) and please describe your alternative poll option in the comments below.
- If this option is voted this will result the encointerUBI proposal to receive 0 Dash for the OCT24 month, but a new budget Proposal will be created asking the masternodes to select among the mean average, the time splitting rule or whatever else is proposed in the comments, provided of course there is available Dash into the dash/encointer tip address in order to pay a proposal fee.
OPTION 3)
VOTE Yes if you like the "
Median average" (a method introduced by
Pietro Speroni). Also vote YES if you think that the
tyranny of the majority "50%+1" should be applied, because at the end of the October budget cycle the 50%+1 of the votes decided to give an amount more than zero to EncointerUBI. This method has been introduced in the ancient
Athenian Direct Democracy and claims that it is fair 50%+1 of the votes to rule 50%-1 of the votes, for 100% of the time.

P.S.
- I recommend to the Dash members to bootstrap new local Encointer communities in their cities or to participate to any Encointer meeting worldwide, and thus examine the Encointer procedures and get the Basic Income (paid in the local currency and hopefully also in Dash). I also strongly recommend the masternodes to participate at least once in any local Encointer meeting, in order to receive the Dash basic income and find out that their vote is not in vain.
- PLEASE TIP THE DASH/ENCOINTER ADDRESS. Whatever you give as an individual to that address, it will be given as a Basic Income to the Dash/Encointer members (reputables) or used as proposal fee for budget proposals related to the Dash/Encointer project.
- FINNALY, PLEASE DONT FORGET TO ALWAYS PRAY AND ALWAYS VOTE FOR ENCOINTER numerical proposal, BECAUSE THE NUMERICAL VOTE LASTS 24 MONTHS. PLEASE VOTE HERE !!!!
