Mate, I'm trying to help you focus on what you want completed, you have to understand that simply knowing how to read and do simple maths clearly isnt enough to for people to get their heads around what you're proposing. I understand that youre smart, but when you become insulting it just turns people away from you, I understand you may not care, but you should understand that DAOs are about communication and this requires you to have a small degree of empathy for the people who you are communicating with and vice versa.

I really hope you find the time to complete this proposal and system such that it has a clear way for people to opt out of voting by the numbers, there needs to be a way to clearly spoil their vote and say, I dont want this in the system. Currently it seems to me that even no votes are a vote for some number, which means people will need to unlearn the official way of using the voting system.

If I'm wrong please dont insult me, just be patient and educate me, thanks :)

If you dont want a specific "vote the numbers" proposal to exist into the budget system, or even if you dont want anyone of them to exist, you could cast a delete signal vote on them (although I think that recently the demonical DCG banned that type of vote, thus enslaved even more the MNOS)

If you do want the "vote the numbers" proposals to exist into the budget system but you just dont want to see them appear in your screen due to their complexity, you could order a developer and she/he could code for you a filter system, and then you could filter all the proposals that end to _DigitX.

Finnaly , the system I propose is an add on, usefull whenever there is a demonical DCG that refuses since 8 years now to the MNOS the right to vote the numbers. Normally a DCG not possesed by daemons should have coded all that stuff in the very first place as a core functionality, and they should have allowed the MNOS to vote decimal numbers rather than the complex BASE3 numbers. The BASE3 system was invented as a resistance to the dictatorship of DCG, and the stupid DCG can do nothing to prevent a smart MNOs community to vote that way.

Yes, NO votes are numbers.

If you dont like a "vote the numbers" proposal at all, then just dont vote at all on it (neither NO, nor YES nor ABSTAIN).

The lack of participation will stop this proposal, because a "vote the numbers" proposal in order to be legitimate it has to pass a participation threshold (currently arbitralily set to 10%, although we could vote the numbers on that)

We have many people that did not vote all the digits. These people can be indirectly traced if you watch the results as if it was a base4 vote.

Look here (note that the code is deprecated and does not support EVO nodes):

All the people who have at least one zero in their Base4 vote, have voted invalid for Base3.
We are talking for about 159 masternodes !!!!

PLEASE CAST A VALID BASE3 VOTE!

The idea of the video is, as an Encointer reputable you declare what your Dash address is, so you will receive your basic income on that Dash address.

That way all the Encointer reputables hold Dash addresses, they are members of the Dash community, and they may start transact eachother by using Dash.

Which means that DASH BECOMES THAT WAY A REAL MONEY, USED FROM REAL PERSONS, FOR REAL PURPOSES. Dash is no longer a stock market game, or an EVO credit manipulated by the government agents or by the daemon possessed DCG.

The above persons, if not government agents, they are obviously possessed by daemons.

Because they refuse to offer 1 Dash (that does not belong to them after all) as a basic income for the next month to Encointer, to 68 persons who each one may desperately need this 0.014 Dash to survive (especially the african ones).

May God have mercy on the possessed souls.
